Vector name: pSCGAL10-SN
Vector sequence file: p2471.txt
Vector circular map: p2471.pdf
Vector accession number: LMBP 2471
Vector type: yeast expression vector
Cloning sites: SfiI-NotI
Library coverage: 1 - 2,0 x 10E6
Average insert size: 1,50 kb
Distributed as: pooled library DNA
DNA concentration: 1,5 µg/µl
Volume: 5 µl
Further information: Candida albicans was grown in minimal SD medium, consisting of 0.67% bacto-yeast nitrogen base without amino acids and 2% dextrose.
The host strain Escherichia coli K12 MC1061 or DH5α can be used for electroporation to amplify the library. The transformation mixture can then be streaked on selective solid medium (LB-Lennox + 100 µg/ml ampicillin) and cultivated at 37°C to obtain the different library clones.
History of deposit: The cDNA library was deposited by Prof. R. Contreras1.
